- A corporate Commonwealth entity
Projects must also:
- Be based in Australia
- Focus on reducing, capturing, utilising, or removing CO₂ emissions
- Involve research, development, or demonstration of new or emerging technologies
- Have at least $2 million in eligible project expenditure
- Not duplicate previously funded projects under Round 1
