Lisa has many years of professional engineering experience in dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. Lisa’s experience includes the full life cycle of a capital project, from the planning stages and feasibility studies, process engineering, resource requirements, through to project implementation, co-ordination, supervision and management of multi-disciplinary teams. Lisa has forged strong relationships with providers of services and equipment to create an inventory of sustainable practices and engineering knowledge of FMCG industries. In addition to her project management experience, Lisa has been a key team member for a number of benchmarking exercises, assisting dairy producers to quantify process energy consumptions and look at resource reduction incentives. Prior to her more recent roles, Lisa was responsible for the occupational health, safety and environmental programs at various manufacturing sites.
